Having Lorraine steer me through my first Medicare journey saved me a year of bad medical experiences and the disappointment and frustration that comes with bad choices. From our first meeting she impressed me with her organization and depth of knowledge of Medicare with all the plans and their variations. She helped me make the right choice the first time around. She is the quintessential but rapidly disappearing professional who is committed to her clients’ changing needs and is pro active in reaching out each year for a re-evaluation before re-enrollment. I have recommended her to others who are just as happy as I am working with her. Lorraine maintains the highest standards in her work and the superlatives are befitting her: knowledgeable, trustworthy, conscientious, honest.
